There is something so special about a wedding at the Fenway Hotel in Dunedin. With its historic architecture, waterfront setting, and unmistakable Old Florida charm, the Fenway creates a wedding-day backdrop that feels completely different from anywhere else in Tampa Bay. From getting ready through the final moments of the reception, this celebration was filled with beautiful details, genuine emotion, and so many moments we loved photographing.
The Fenway Hotel has so much character already built into the space, which makes it such a beautiful location for wedding photography. The historic details of the hotel paired with views of the water give couples so much variety without having to travel between multiple locations throughout the day.
This wedding was beautifully planned by Blue Skies Events & Weddings, with Megan Brantley and the Fenway Hotel team helping bring everything together at the venue. The entire day felt polished while still being warm and inviting, allowing everyone to truly enjoy the celebration.
One of our favorite things about photographing weddings at the Fenway is being able to use the architecture and surroundings as part of the story. There are beautiful spaces for portraits throughout the property, while the waterfront gives us an entirely different look as the light begins to change later in the day.
Beautiful Details and Florals
The couple chose a wonderful team of Tampa Bay wedding vendors to bring their vision to life. Iza’s Flowers created the florals, adding beautiful texture and softness throughout the wedding day. Rentals from Gabro Event Services helped complete the overall design and brought another layer of detail to the celebration.
The bride found her gown at Magnolia Laine Bridal, while the groom wore Jos. A. Bank. Their wedding stationery came from Minted, and their rings were from Gold & Diamond Source.
Hair and makeup were created by Femme Akoi Beauty Studio, giving the bride a polished look that photographed beautifully from the beginning of the day through the reception.
Celebrating in Dunedin
Once the celebration began, the focus shifted from all of the carefully planned details to simply having fun with the people who mattered most. Graingertainment kept the reception moving and the dance floor going, while the couple celebrated surrounded by their family and friends.
The ceremony was officiated by Rich Tiemann of Sensational Ceremonies, and the wedding cake was provided by Publix.
Days like this are exactly why we love photographing weddings in Dunedin. The Fenway Hotel combines history, personality, beautiful waterfront scenery, and an incredible location into one venue. It gives us the opportunity to create photographs that showcase the setting while still keeping the couple and their story at the center of everything.
