Surrounded by their closest family and friends, the couple celebrated their love with a heartfelt outdoor ceremony in the Tea Garden before dancing the night away in the stunning Sunset Ballroom at the Vinoy Golf Club. Every detail reflected their sophisticated style while creating a celebration that was joyful, personal, and unforgettable.
The day began inside the beautiful The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club, where both grooms prepared for one of the biggest days of their lives. One of the most emotional moments of the afternoon was their private first look. Away from the excitement of the day, they shared a quiet moment together before the ceremony, giving them a chance to soak everything in before officially saying “I do.” These intimate moments are always some of our favorites to photograph because they beautifully capture genuine emotion and anticipation.
The incredible vendor team helped every part of the day come together seamlessly. We always love working alongside talented professionals like Coastal Coordinating, whose thoughtful planning ensured the celebration flowed effortlessly from beginning to end. The gorgeous floral designs by 2Birds Events Floral Studio perfectly complemented the couple’s vision, filling the ceremony and reception with soft, romantic blooms in shades of forest green, blush pink, and touches of gold. Their classic style came together beautifully with custom stationery from Minted and timeless wedding bands from Tiffany & Co..
Sean and Cameron embraced a refined color palette of forest green, blush pink, and gold that felt elegant while perfectly complementing the historic charm of The Vinoy. The grooms looked incredibly sharp in classic black tuxedos from Indochino, while their wedding party wore luxurious forest green satin attire that created a beautiful contrast against the lush gardens and Mediterranean architecture surrounding the resort.
The outdoor ceremony in The Tea Garden at The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club offered one of the most picturesque settings in downtown St. Petersburg. Towering palms, colorful landscaping, and the historic pink hotel created an unforgettable backdrop as the couple exchanged vows surrounded by family and friends. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour before making their way to the elegant Sunset Ballroom at the Vinoy Golf Club for an evening of celebration.
As a Florida wedding photography team, Lifelong Photography Studio absolutely loves photographing weddings at The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club. The venue offers endless portrait opportunities, from the iconic pink façade and grand archways to waterfront views overlooking Tampa Bay. As golden hour arrived, we stepped outside with Sean and Cameron to capture romantic portraits as the evening light reflected across the water, creating some of our favorite images of the day.

The celebration continued with an energetic dance floor thanks to Curate Entertainment, whose lighting and entertainment kept guests celebrating all evening long. Transportation by Dolphin Transportation ensured everyone traveled comfortably throughout the day, while the talented team at Shannon Kelly Films beautifully documented every heartfelt moment alongside us.
